Our Story

Our story starts at the bottom of the totem pole and in the heat of the summer for our founder, Caleb Couvillon. After a brief college baseball career and a decision to move to Baton Rouge to finish school, our founder connects with a previous teammate to land a summer job. While working for Greg Flores Construction and taking on any job that he was assigned, Caleb finds a passion for building and the construction process—so much so that he pursues a bachelor's degree from LSU in Construction Management. Upon graduation and due to Caleb's drive and motivation to finish what he starts, he was given an opportunity to oversee a multi-family condominium project close to the LSU campus, succeeds in delivering the project and is placed in charge of all new residential construction in the Baton Rouge area for Greg Flores Construction.  After many successful projects and forging great relationships, his desire to start his own firm is realized and Caleb begins Couvillon Construction, LLC in 2015.

Our Approach

At Couvillon Construction, we see home building as a work of art and service. Our approach is to focus on the comfort and vision of the customer.  Our communication with the customer is a key component to the process and timeliness of the job.  We keep you informed of the process and will guide you throughout each stage to ensure you get what you want.  Our team will hold to your vision, keep your priorities in focus and deliver a final product you'll be proud of—your home. We approach each project with attention to detail and care as though it were our own.

Next Steps...

"A goal without a plan is just a wish".  One of the most important components to a new build or remodel is having a solid, detailed plan.  We have worked with numerous architects and draftsman that all have their own strengths and unique twists.  Your location and construction plan are the two most important aspects of your design.  Once these two are decided, we can take care of the rest and turn the dream into a reality! You've dreamt it. Let us build it.
